    On the 3rd of September 2025, I went to Telze to find out how to set up Wi Fi automatic reconnect on my tablet. I was asked by Ankur to leave my tablet for one hour. When I came back, he told me that he had to replace something that looked like a **** card. I paid $120.00 +tax. Back home I realized that I had not received copy of my invoice and that, most importantly, the problem had not been fixed. I then went back to the store, told Ankur that the problem had not been resolved and asked for my invoice. To my surprise, I saw that my invoice was for a Tab A9+WiFi cable replacement.I went back home and looked on the Web to see whether the cable I was supposed to have bought looked like the part that had been replaced and had been shown to me - not at all. In addition, I found that my tablet was a Galaxy A8 not a Galaxy A9 as shown on my invoice.On the following day, I went back to the store and confronted Ankur with the situation and asked for a full refund. After a while, he said that he will charge me only for the cost of a diagnostic service i.e. $60.00 +tax. He then reimbursed me the difference between what I had paid ($120 + tax) and the cost of a diagnostic service ($60.00 +tax). By doing so, I feel that he acknowledged that he had NOT replace any part of my tablet - I therefore ended up paying without any resolution of my ********** conclusion: 1) I doubt of the competence of the technician at the store and 2) I was clearly the victim of a *********** words:1)I went to another repair store: my problem was fixed in 15 seconds, free of charge 2)On my first visit to the store, I was the witness of a strong argument between Ankur and a very angry man who was, unsuccessfully, asking for a refund: what had been sold to him was not what he had asked for. Regretfully It does seem that I am not the only one who has been taken advantage of.
