    ? 1-Star Review for Detail My Ride (*********************)Took my 2019 GMC ****** in for a full interior and exterior detail on June 20, 2025, and it was hands down one of the worst vehicle service experiences Ive ever had.The detail was a joke. Door jambs werent cleaned, rims were still dusty, exterior still had dirt, and the interior windows werent even touched. It looked like a basic rinse,not a paid professional detail. For the price, it was absolutely not worth it.Even worse, right after picking up the truck, the right turn signal got stuck on. A certified tech confirmed the *** (Body Control Module) was damaged, likely due to water or steam getting into the wrong place,something that should never happen during a proper detail.The owner did agree to cover the *** repair, but only after some back-and-forth. However, they still refused to refund any money for the lousy detailing job, and eventually stopped answering my calls and texts altogether.Bottom line: careless work, unprofessional service, and no accountability once they get your money. If you care about your vehicle, do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
