************ completely lacks customer service. My smart watch has not held a charge since I got it....they told me a charge would last at least 24 hours. I cannot get even 12 hours of support. They were suppose to send me a replacement watch in October I never heard from them so I called in November only to be told I was suppose to return the defective watch. They said they mailed me a return postage label via *********** yet in November they email the return postage label. Come Dec I still did not have my watch so i called them twice only to be told that the courier was delayed....???? Then I asked for a 2 month credit for the time I was without a watch. I have not and probably wont receive a refund unless the BBB can get them to refund me. I have asked to escalate my complaint and they refuse to give me the district managers phone no. all I know is that her name is ****** ******** ************ does not return phone calls, they talk a good story but they clearly do not deliver. I hope anyone thinking about purchasing a watch from this company gives it second thoughts. This type of business should be regulated. They also advertise they are affiliated with the ******* ****** and I find that hard to believe based on they poor customer service.
