Dedicated to bringing the highest quality of Olympic style taekwondo, martial arts, fitness, personal training, and after school programs to Ottawa! With our world renowned instructors, we teach students the importance of taekwondo tenants that are essential in life that include: perseverance, courtesy, integrity, indomitable spirit and self-control. Our academy offers many different programs that are tailored to all fitness levels, from beginners, intermediate, recreational, and high performance. We also provide an after school program that is both active and educational! Not only do we organize pick up from an area school, healthy snacks, dedicated and guided homework time, fun filled games, crafts and activities, but we also include a daily martial arts class taught by a Canadian, US and Serbian Olympic-style Taekwondo Champion.
