In the event that you decide to return an item, you can do so if all of the following requirements are met:
1. All returned items must be in unused condition and must be accompanied by all original contents. All warranty cards must be left blank. Merchandise must be returned in original manufacturers box that has not been defaced or altered in any way.
2. You must notify us that you would like to return the item within 30 calendar days of receiving the item
3. You MUST contact us to get a return authorization code and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item
If you meet all three of the above requirements, your refund will be issued in one of the following manners:
1. You can receive the full amount you originally paid for the returned item (less our actual shipping costs) as a store credit, OR
2. You can get a refund for the amount you originally paid less our actual cost for shipping.
Credit for returns are processed within 10 days from the date we receive the merchandise. You are responsible for shipping charges to return the product to us. - Business Categories
