    If I could give a minus review I would. I recently canceled my policy with Economical insurance and was told a payment of 13$ would come out of my account and a refund of 167$ would be refunded to me. I was told it would be refunded directly into my bank account then that there would be a cheque in the mail. This was confirmed on the initial call and follow up. I hadn't received my refund and it's been almost a month so I called today to check in on if the refund was sent. I was told the other agents were wrong and they must have misread it and that I had no refund . The paperwork I have shows that I should be getting a refund and it doesn't make sense. I am beyond angry and don't know what to do next.

    I'd rate a zero if I could but it was not an option. We've been making payments for two years and just made our first claim in 44 years of driving. They have delayed and dogged us for over a month to get a simple approval for a dented bumper when my wife accidentally bumped into our garage wall. 8 emails from me and the body shop and nothing but games from them. WORST INSURANCE COMPANY EVER!!! AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. Thier review was a 1.4 out of 5 with thousands of reviews. I wished that I had seen that before buying a policy with them.
