5 starsThe whole experience throughout the process was excellent. The installers knew what they were doing, they installed two units and were finished in six hours. After they completed there work they cleaned up and showed me how everything worked. I was helped with the rebate process by the Prestige representative. He made the experience stress free. 5 starsWe are very pleased with the service provided by Prestige Home Improvement! ****** stayed in contact through the rebate process which he made very smooth. It can be overwhelming the amount of steps to follow, documents to gather, etc.. If it weren't for ****** I would have given up!The Tosot unit looks great on our wall compared to many heat pumps, and they are extremely quiet.The installer were very friendly and did great work. They left the workspace very clean and even stayed after a long day to show us how to use the remote.I would give 6 stars if I could!!!Review fromDoris F

They are always available before and after the install. 5 stars****** explained everything to us very well, and everything happened exactly the way he said it would. The process was completely stress free and they handled everything! They even held my hand through the entire process, and when we had an issue with one of the units, they came back the day I called to fix it!We would highly recommend ****** and Prestige Home Improvement for any heating needs !

5 starsWe had been thinking about heat pumps for a while, but were uncertain about how to get started and how to get rebates. ****** helped us navigate the rebates and made the process extremely simple. He connected us with the right program, and even guided us while filling out the paper work, if it weren't for ****** we would have given up!****** promised a great install team and he was correct! The installers did great work, left the workspace cleaner than it was before, and even showed us how to use the remote.We were pleasantly surprised how quiet the heat pumps are, and how far the heat spreads!Prestige Home Improvement

5 starsWe had been considering heat pumps for awhile and after meeting our advisor **** he was able to assist us in making it happen. He made the whole application and rebate process much easier, we likely would not have done it on our own! 5 starsWe are very pleased with the service provided by ******. He is very patient when helping with the rebates. We had to have him come back a few times as we had gathered the wrong documents, and it never seemed to bother him. I never thought I would get a heat pump but I'm so glad he convinced us to do it.
