  We absolutely love, love and love the look of our new vinyl fence and were very impressed with the workmanship of its installation by Commence Fence. The staff were knowledgeable, pleasant and most accommodating. Removal of the original pressure-treated fence which was over 220 feet, took them only a day. Although some challenges arose regarding the moving and disposal of the concrete-poured pillars that held the original wood posts, some as much as over 4 feet, these were handled effectively as well. At the end of each day, the work site was left in an orderly manner. The yard, flower beds and walkway affected by the install were restored basically to their original state. We would highly recommend Commence Fence who clearly demonstrated that they are the experts in their field.

  The team designed and installed precisely what i asked for. They were open about timing and offered timely updates while waiting for permits. They always respond quickly, even after completing the work. Priced exactly as quoted with no surprises. Highly recommend.

  I hired Commerce Fence to repair a chain link fence that had 20 feet of fence destroyed by a stolen car that jumped the curb!Their quote was very reasonable and I am happy with the repair!Their representative Mo, was polite and efficient and easy to deal with!I highly recommend Commerce Fence for all your fencing needs!****** ******

  Our experience with Commence Fence was nothing short of phenomenal. We were in a bind, needing a fence quickly for our new pool installation, and every other company was quoting 6 weeks out. Then we found Commence Fence, and they truly set the bar for customer service and professionalism.Upon our initial contact, we received an email and a phone call the same day an immediate sign of their responsiveness. The very next day, the General Manager, ******, made time to come to our home. He took precise measurements, patiently answered all our questions, brought samples, and provided a competitive quote the same day. He even offered to install the fence within a few weeks, and before our pool installation which was a month away - a ***** contrast to the 6-week lead times from other companies.Unfortunately, our backyard renovation hit an unexpected snag: a conflict with the City regarding an existing fence, which dragged on for over three weeks. This was a stressful time, but ****** was incredibly understanding and remained consistently responsive. He continued to assure me that he would take care of us, even saying, "Don't worry, I got you," before we had even signed a contract or sent a deposit. This level of commitment and reassurance was truly remarkable.Once our City conflict was resolved, it looked like our pool installation would be delayed due to the lack of a fence. I spoke with ******, and his response was simple yet powerful: "When do you need it by?" When I explained we needed it in a week, he didn't hesitate. He arranged for his team to work on a Saturday, to get the job done for our family! The crew that arrived on Saturday morning was incredibly professional, friendly, and worked tirelessly until 7:30 PM to ensure our fence was completed!The results are fantastic a high-quality fence that looks amazing. But beyond the product, the entire experience was above and beyond anything I ever expected from a fencing company.

  From the start of requesting an estimate to the end of installation, Commence Fences team have been very professional and punctual. I am extremely pleased with the always follow up from ********. The cleanliness and attention to detail from ***** and team is admirable. They listened and understood our needs to make sure that the gaps are minimal for our dogs safety and fully accommodated with assurance. The *** Fence is well installed and very sturdy. I had received many compliments from my neighbours. I would not hesitate to recommend Commence Fence, which I have done so already.
