    We hired a company called ******************* to address multiple issues with our garage. One of the items required was an epoxy coating for our garage floor. As their company doesn't specialize in this they out sourced the worked to Diamond Coatings. Diamond Coatings came in and completed all of the work in February of this year, then in May I reached out to ***** from Pro-Core because the epoxy was bubbling and cracking in multiple places and not staying intact which should not be happening. There has been back and forth since between myself and ***** and ***** and **** from Diamond Coating and I have also contacted **** from Diamond coatings stating that they need to come and repair this as clearly something was done incorrectly. They did conform that they missed a step in the process which is why the epoxy is now cracked. As we are getting into the fall and will be moving into the winter the whole reason for the epoxy which was to keep moisture and water out is going to remain an issue. Diamond Coating is unwilling to correct their error unless we spend another $6000 and ***** from pro-core has failed to get **** addressed as he is no longer making any money from trying to get Diamond Coating to come back.
