    I am filing this complaint regarding my purchase of a **** Xperia 1 V smartphone from Canada Electronics on November 2, 2023. Since the purchase, I have experience problems with my device.Problem Details:Wi-Fi Performance: The phones Wi-Fi reception is notably poor compared to my previous device. Regardless of my location within my home, the Xperia 1 V consistently has weak signal strength and slow speeds on the same network.4G/5G Connectivity: The phone frequently loses 4G and 5G signals in areas where my other devices work without issue. This leads to frequent dropped calls and mobile data disconnections, which compromises my ability to use the phone reliably.Bluetooth Connectivity: The Bluetooth functionality is erratic, with frequent disconnections from my wireless headphones and other devices. This disrupts my daily usage of the phone.After troubleshooting on my end (restarting the device, updating software, etc.), I contacted Canada Electronics to request assistance under warranty. In response, the company informed me on [insert initial response date] that I would receive a return shipping label within 1-2 working days to facilitate a warranty return.However, it has now been over 32 additional days without any follow-up from Canada Electronics, despite my attempts to reach out and request an update. This delay is both frustrating and unacceptable, as I am left with a malfunctioning device with no recourse or support from the retailer.Desired Resolution:I request that Canada Electronics either promptly provides the promised return shipping label for a warranty return or offers an alternative solution to replace or repair the defective device. I have already prepaid for a working product, and I would like to receive one as promised.I hope the BBB can assist in facilitating a resolution for this matter, as I believe that I am entitled to a functional product or a prompt repair/replacement under warranty.
