All of their merchants run independent stores and are responsible for their own development, content, operations etc. Shopify does not build or develop retail stores on behalf of its customers, but rather provides the tools and software for merchants to build their own brand.
Consumers who purchase from a Shopify merchant are dealing directly with that merchant and Shopify is not a party to the transaction. For legal and security reasons, Shopify is not able to disclose any merchant's contact information that isn't already publicly available. The majority of merchants will have posted their business contact information on a 'Contact Us' page or in their site's footer. Consumers may also review the merchant's social media pages to see if contact information is available.
Consumers who do not receive their order within a reasonable timeframe can file a claim through PayPal, or their financial institution.
