Promotion at: www.wipebook.com/samples Had me fill out a ****** form twice along with nine colleagues emails to receive sample products. Wipebook emailed me that there was an error in my first submission, then had me fill out the entire form again, including the email of 10 employees at FSUSD. Then, Wipebook replied that the promotion was no longer valid. They need to send the sample product and fulfil the offer they originally extended. Also, wipebook needs to remove any emails I provided for them as they are not authorized to contact any of my colleagues. This was the promotion listed: Want to try a Wipebook Workbook for free? Request a sample by splitting a pack of 25 workbooks between 10 of your school or school district peers! When a sample request is received, we will send an email notifying everyone in this list of the request, and additional instructions to ship the sample. In order to mitigate the submission of fraudulent requests, we only accept work emails. If emails bounce back, are duplicates or are from personal email addresses (i.e gmail, hotmail, outlook, etc), your request may not be approved.

Our sample promotion required customers to provide 10 unique emails (with their permission) in order to receive a free sample.

****'s request contained emails that our system flagged as invalid, which is why we didn't send her a sample. **** is now upset that she didn't receive something for free.

The sample promotion has now ended.

I am rejecting this response because: One of the *********************************************************************************************** like an idiot and asked me to resubmit their lengthy ****** Form including the 10 emails and the ************************************************************* to resubmit and then end the promotion?

Feels fraudulent, disrespectful and like a scam.

    With great concern,

    Business Response

    Date: 05/09/2024

This promotion is not a scam as we sent free products to thousands of teachers who successfully filled out the form.

This customer did not fill out the form correctly and is upset they aren't getting free products.

I am rejecting this response because: They said there was a capital in one of the emails one of the 10 emails and I resubmitted the form within the time and then they devalued it and chose not to give me any samples and we have no idea how many samples they've really given out. I do not trust this company at all. I followed the request, not once, but twice after a *** told me to refill out the form which was handled perfectly, the promotion was still active then, apparently they decided to shut it down after my second submission. The company needs to pay up and provide the free services to the teachers that could use them.

    Sincerely,
