    I enrolled for driving school August 31st 2023 , I had to complete the online portion of the course which I completed Sept 12th 2023. After finishing that I had to complete 10hrs of in person driving . My first ****** I was taken to the *** facility which is more of a parking lot with connecting roads. I spent 5 out of 10 of my hours there and was only taught left and right turns. The beginning of November 2023 that driving instructor cancelled my classes until March 2024. He was then fired. I was given a second instructor and started driving with him in March 2024. My first ****** with the new instructor I was taken on a highway where the instructor fell asleep while I was driving. After that class the instructor cancelled many times and made multiple excuses. I was given a third instructor at the beginning of May 2024. The instructor is the owner of the company himself. He than cancelled the first ****** we were supposed to have. I have messaged him, called him, called the business and even emailed and have received no responses. I have been dealing with this for almost a year now and because of this I am still unable to get my G2.I have exhausted all my recourses on how to contacted them. I had asked for my money back as I was not satisfied with the services so I could get the training I needed else where and I have had no response since. I hope that I can get the help so we can resolve this issue Thanks

    About the complain from one of our customer name's ***************************,

    We tried our best to help her finished her driving ****** on the road, she had  two instructors before me, the first instructor took her first ****** on September 24th 2023,  he did his best to teach her as beginner driver on the road and parking where there's no traffic because she's to scare, and after her 4th  ****** she canceled on him last minute on December 3rd 2023. After that we assigned onther instructor and because her schedule to busy he did with her 2 hours and this instructor he is the best one in ****** and over 25 years instructor never received complain about his teaching so he never fell asleep while teaching as she mentioned. 

    After that as owner I give the last chance to finish her last 3 hours, at the beginning she started to complain about the 2 instructor before then we came to the agreement on May 12th 2024 to start her driving ****** and I gave her first appointment on May 26th 2024, but on May 25th 2024 she texted me to cancel her appointment because they asked her to work on May 26th, so she canceled on me not me as she mentioned on her complain and I still have the message as SMs text conversations 

    And she sent text and again start to complain as usual.

    I did my best to help her and give her a solution which is to finish her last 3 hours on the road and tat solution still on

    I am rejecting this response because: I never said I was too scared to drive. When I first started with the driving school the first in person class I accept was okay to take me to the nrc building. 4 classes in we were still going there. He kept telling me I wasnt ready to drive on the road and that is why we stayed there. As an instructor I feel its his duty to teach me driving on the road as every other driving school does. He than cancelled for the winter because he claimed I wasnt ready to drive and before we could start back our classes in march of 2024 after ending it in November *************************************************************************************************** that. After starting with the new instructor I mentioned I wasnt available during the weeks and so we started on Sundays and the first class with him he took me driving on the road taught me a lot more things but when I was taken on the highway I had looked over and he had fell asleep which I think is very unprofessional and very unsafe as it was my first time being on a highway. After that I had cancelled certain times but gave him notice either due to being sick or being out of town and moving hi-uses. When I was free he than started to say that he wasnt available and would give me late notice and try to switch the days we could do the classes but I was only available due to working. After I moved I wasnt available due to unpacking and trying to settle to my new house which I explained. When I tried to start again with him he than would make excuses or be unavailable. I than got fed up after dealing with two very bad instructors. I should have been able to complete my driving lessons already if the lessons didnt cancel in the winter. It has been many months from August 2023-May 2024 I should already have my g2 by now but I had my time wasted. After complaining to the driving school about this ****** offered to take me out for one hour and if I liked it I could continue but at this point I had just gotten promoted at my job full time which made me more unavailable. I had mentioned that to him and said it was unfair because Ive been revolving my life around trying to complete this driving school which I shouldve completed already. I told him I wasnt available much and that there was no point 1 hr wouldnt teach me everything I needed to know my 10hrs has been waisted. He proceeded to go on to tell me that if I didnt like it I wouldnt have to stay. After I did accept finally I was ready to do it and had time I got called into work a shift because someone was sick. I also mentioned my ******* are more busy and again this was unfair after being almost a year now of doing this. When he did try to reschedule I had already had many plans that I could not cancel. He responded with text me when ur ready to drive. I have been given unfair treatment and refuse to continue after almost a year of trying to complete this. I dont like being told Im a liar as you were not in that car so you would not know if he fell asleep or not and obviously if you asked him hes going to deny because he knows he could lose his job over it.

    I respect and  trust my instructors because over the years they did the best service ever that's why I believe them, so I have 2 options or practice the 3 hours driving and get your certificate or I will refund for 3 hours.This is my last decision.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would like the refund for the 3hrs. I will not argue no more because I am not believed and being called a liar. I know what occurred the instructor did fall asleep. Thats all I have to say .
