    If I could give less than one star I would. Do not hire Envirodem Constuction and demolition. I hired them April 19 2022 to demolish a large storage garage. I signed a contract and left the deposit on April 21, was told the work would be completed in a week. The check was cashed immediately but the job didn't begin for 4 weeks.May 17, 2022,- went to the property, I was satisfied it would be complete by May 20, I left the final payment on the 19 May as I was going out of town for a week and wanted to make sure the bill was settled when the job was complete. I received an email from ***************************** (employee, site supervisor, *******) on May 20 saying there was a railroad tie and cement pilings under the garage, it would cost extra. I said go ahead, move them and I'll be home next week. May 28-went to the site-spoke to my tenants- Construction site was abandoned May *****, the backhoe left on the 23 and the last construction dumpster left on the 24. No other work was done that week. #1- yard was driven over and ripped up by the backhoe, #2-there were two dumpsters on site- one had old metal and bikes, none belonged to me or the property and the second had about 2 ft of soil/clay lining the entire bottom, there was no construction debris in the dumpster. ***** told me the bike dumpster was recyclables, not mine, my issue, is his employees inviting people to trespass and illegally dump their trash on my property.#3- no outhouse on site- backhoe operator used my property for his private toilet #4- no permit, no fence surrounding site #5= the job was not completed.I emailed my issues, he told me, he would fix it, give him another chance and it would be done to my satisfaction. No costs were mentioned and no invoice was provided. May 30-June -4 ********* and ********* were contacted/contracted by ********** to clean up the mess. I knew nothing of this and never authorised or signed off on the work. It was a deal that had nothing to do with me. Awful Experience.
