Our return policy at Alpine Construction Supplies Limited is asfollows:
- In order for material to be considered for return / credit, it must be in its original, clean and sellable condition.- Any regular materials that are returned for credit will be subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 20%.
- Products that are not regularly stocked and that are special-ordered are non-returnable.
- Whether we choose to refund or issue you a credit for your return will be our choice.
- Returns/Exchanges will only be accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- We can no longer accept payment by credit card on our customer charge accounts as a form of monthly payment.
