    HDD Recovery Services promised to evaluate my damaged hard drive for data recovery. March 26, 2022: I sent them my valuable hard drive & $400. HDD Recovery Services has not delivered an estimate, data recovery, my hard drive, or refunded my money. The attached PDF is their work log showing promises to get back to me that were not kept. HDD Recovery Services has not proactively contacted me.

    Hi we got of **** by phone, gave him the most recent update on the status of his data recovery process, and we are moving forward as per his instructions. This is a challenging case that needed more attention than originally planned. His data recovery case should be successfully resolved by next week.
