    Ordered on July 21 2025 ******* Tecra Z50-C, 15.6" laptop. On July 25 2025 I received a different laptop. Was sent an A50-F laptop, which was not even listed on their website on July 21 2025 The laptop was defevtive, automatically typing a "+" into every search box, started to overheat and crashed I reproted this the same day received it on July 25 2025. On July 30 2025 PC Room sent me a Return Authorization label and promised to refund my credit card as soon as it received the laptop . The laptop was shipped back same day Today July 31 2025 PC Room received the laptop and lied about posting a refund to my credit card . I called ********** to verify they tolfd me NO Posted Refund by PCROOM. I sent PC Room email with screenshot showing no posted refunds by them. They failed to respomnd. I told them no more scams and no more games if tjhey did not post my refund i would file comp;laint with BBB
