CateringCancellation Policy
This policy is valid foronline, email and phone catering orders. An order and/or event may be
cancelled with no charges upto five (5) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of
services made less than three(3) full business days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the
contract. Cancellation ofservices made less than (1) full business day of the event will becharged
100% of the contract.
Client understands that uponentering this service contract, Caterer and/or Event Planner is
committing time and resourcesto this order/event and thus cancellation would result in lost income
and lost businessopportunities in an amount difficult to precisely calculate. Therefore,although an
order and/or event may becancelled or rescheduled, Goodies Fine Catering reserves the right to
allow or deny cancellationsand/or refunds depending on the menu chosen and the time ofcancellation.- Business Categories
