      It has been 4 months since the contractor (MR.Kitchens) has begun working
      On our kitchen remodel.

      Once they took the final payment installation(which was required before work can begin) they’re communication has dropped off and we have been ignored continuously. They claim to be finished, how ever we are missing multiple pieces of trim work, we have the wrong colour doors installed as per contract, we have cabinets which are not installed level, cabinets which are not the size as per the contract drawings, cabinet doors which are chipped and damaged, horrendous workman ship in areas and deficiencies which are not being addressed/ignored.

      On days they do show up, its on days which were not scheduled through emails or phone and they show up unannounced and rush the job with little work being completed at a time.

      I have given them multiple chances to communicate back with us and have been extremely accommodating for the contractor to complete their work and have taken multiple days off of work for the contractor to be provided access and to assist.

      This kitchen remodel has cost us $29,000 and we are extremely disappointed with this process. I have given the contractor an opportunity to back out of the contract, back pay us for the remaining work and I would have another contractor complete the work - they have ignored my request.

      I want a representative from MR. Kitchens to call me and possibly make a site visit to review my complaints with me and stand behind their work.
