    On May 20, 2025, I called this company to repair a sticky lock on the front door of my rental property. The technician, ***** *******, told me on the phone that the lock could not be repaired and had to be replaced. He said the cost was $120 for the labor and for the lock itself I had three choices: a low quality lock for about $150, a medium quality for $250 and a high quality one for $350. I asked about the brand of the medium and the high quality ones, and he said they were ****** and Schlage, respectively. I chose Schlage. After receiving a deposit of $100, he sent me a text saying that he didn't have the Schlage lock but had a higher quality ****** lock at $420, and was willing to sell it to me for $350 because he had promised that price and cared about his customers. I was happy and accepted. After he replaced the lock, I sent him another e-transfer for $431.10. On the receipt, I noticed that there was no mention of the type of lock that was installed. I asked him by text about the model of the lock. He didn't respond. I sent him another text the next day, mentioning that I did a search online and all the ****** locks that looked similar to the installed one were below $150. I again asked him for the model of the lock. Still, no response. I then called the company and spoke with someone called *******. He told me that he would get back to me in 2 hours to resolve the issue. He didn't! Instead Lotem texted me and said there were many different locks of different quality and that what I had seen online is not comparable to what he had installed. I had to ask him twice again until he finally told me that he had installed ****** 9GLC94710022 ******. I searched for that model and found out that ********** is selling it for $138! When I told him that, his response was that he could charge any amount that he wanted for a product that he installed!After this exchange, my attempts to reach the company were unsuccessful with them apparently blocking my number!
