***************************** is also an expert in finding a way not to pay her rent and blackmail small businesses to get her way mostly in a fraudulent way. She hired me to inspect her rental in Wakefield for Mold. I did my walk through and collected the samples for lab analysis. She kept telling me that house is infested with black mold which was absolutely untrue . I did not see any signs of Mold in any spaces. All I saw extremely filthy house which hasnt cleaned for months and I was going to throw up. I barely could stick around for duration of the air testing which is 10 minutes per floor and had to step out for fresh air. Lab analysis confirmed Normal amount of Mold spores in the basement and main floor in comparison to control sample. When I called her to advise her about the test results, she sounded disappointed. She insisted that I produce an observation report stating the foundation is faulty and leaks into basement which is another lie. There was nothing wrong with Foundation walls. I can not produce false report to anyone specially for her as she claims she has PHD is in Microecology and environmental scientist. She is mad that I didnt give what she asked for so she could s**** her landlord with unpaid rents. She has posted a very childish review on my ****** list sing and BBB. I would gladly provide lab report and photos I took from the house for anyone interested to know ********************************.
