    We moved to brand new house on June 28th,2025. Our dishwasher wasn't working so builders suggested we contact Swift appliances since they installed it. We contacted them on July 3rd,2025. They came to diagnose and eventually fixed the dishwasher. Somewhere dealing with dishwasher they mishandled it and broke one leg. Now the dishwasher is functional but we can't fit it in, it's a built in dishwasher but can't be closed or opened. Basically it's disfunctional again.On July 16th, I called to request to make dishwasher functional. ***** offered to come and check and asked for details, but would not let me provide any details. He constantly over talked. During 3.25 minute call I had to tell him one time " how about you let me complete at least one single sentence". He let me complete one sentence but I don't think he actually heard my problem. We ended conversation on note that he will come and check but had already diagnosed that nothing happened from their end. I was trying to logically explain that from installation to fixing they were the only ones dealing with the dishwasher so has to be them. Plus I was sitting in kitchen while they were fixing it and no one mentioned anything while doing it. Why hide? what did you do wrong? but ***** had notes from his men that they broke which he swiftly read to me and shrugged off. Then refunded 200 dollars for a 2000 dollar dishwasher to called it an easy escape. And then blocked my number.Basically, summary of my complaint is that ***** is an impatient bad listener with zero problem solving so he should remove himself from phone calls. Second, rightfully give me a functional dishwasher as they promised throughout installation and service.
