    After placing an urgent order through their website, I just received an online confirmation without any details regarding the shipping date. I waited for 4 days and contacted them. They told me that your order is ready to pick up by tomorrow. I started to arrange with my final users/customers for their deliveries. Few hours later I received another email from this vendor "******** St said that they are too busy for pickup tomorrow. I apologise. They can do Tuesday. Is this acceptable or should we cancel". I replied but letting them know that I already arranged with my customers and either they should stick to their promise or shipping to me as soon as my order gets ready at their own cost. The answer was short and irresponsible "Sorry I will have to cancel" and they did.So no sign of responsibility! Then I checked online and I found they deactivated any places on internet (e.g. ******** page review section) that you can write a review. So the conclusion is clear, don't count on them and better to avoid them at all.
