    March 8 2024 $4500.00 instail guttters and gutters screens not installed correctly , and work was not finished they used my old own pipes old brackets

    We had two installers as well as the project manager onsite. The customer was onsite and very helpful in assisting us with his requirements as well to his satisfaction. He offered us food and drinks. The install was completed on the same day and mr ***** was thanking us and happy when we left. We are sad to hear that mr ***** is not satisfied however there is still an outstanding balance that needs to be addressed.

    they used old   down pipes old holding sraps

    hey left old 

    down pipes didnt remowe it

    down pipe was  not connected with the gutter completely missing the hole/

    i have pictures to prove it

    The product installed is new. We had two installers on site as well as the project manager and as stated in our previous response the customer supervised the complete installation.The customer can add to or change anything after at their discretion. There is still an outstanding balance soon to be sent to our legal department resulting in collections and possibly liens on the home.

    The guys working didn know what hey were doing i was watching hem what they are doing and I did have stop them several times so they would do it right way on the top THEY USED My old gutters  straps, they didnt finish the job in 2 places where I had old gutters , they didnt put the new ones

    they used old straps holding the down pipes , they also use one s**** to connect gutters with down pipe, completely missed the hole in the gutter to which should  they connect the down pipe

    down pipes     for 6 ft length trying to explain to me "no one will see this:" under the patio they used 4 pieces of the pipes

    We have only used new materials and if it is as the customer states, then he would not have allowed us to finish the work?. The customer could have stopped us at any time. He gave our crew cookies and tea/coffee as well as water, joking with them the whole time. This will be my last response as the customer still has an outstanding balance that will be referred to our legal department, credit bureaus and collection agencies including liens if necessary. We are willing to let the customer keep $500.  Should this not be resolved by July 26th. I am forced to proceed with legal action.
