    They did our driveway with reclaimed asphalt but it looks like they just rolled out gravel. I can scoop it up with my hands. They told us 4 inches thick. They told us it would harden after a couple of days but it’s now mushy. **** ** *** ********* ******** **** It’s sinking and there is water pooling in our driveway. Not at all what I expected for 6700. They left deep marks in our driveway THE DAY OF and we had them come back to roll it out which they did HOWEVER they tried to say it was our vehicles that did it AND We’ve called them numerous times to come back out for the pooling water and they keep saying they will as it’s a 5 year warranty. Three weeks later and they haven’t returned. *** ******** ***** **** ***** Others on our road with reclaimed do NOT look anything like our driveway. They told us it would be better for heavier vehicles etc by doing reclaimed *** * **** ***** **** ******** **** *** ****** * ******* ** ** ********* ** I hope they stand by their warranty and come and fix the mess here. **** ** *** ***** * ****** ******** **** ** ******** ** ** ****** **** * ********* ******* ******** ****** **** **** ****************************

    On June 15 2023 DP Contracting paved our driveway, ******* * ***** *** **** ******** **** ** **** The cost was $3000 which was to leave us with a solid finish on our driveway and side parking spot.
    The finish is still not solid and was started to damage our neighbors property.
    The contractor took the liberty to used some of my cedar railing, and piled it against my neighbors fence. Then proceeded to take all the original driveway gravel and piled it about a foot thick on the side parking spot against the fence. This was paved over. ** ** *** ********* ** ***** ** *** has started to break away into my neighbors yard and is pushing his fence down.
    The invoice states all work guaranteed for 3 years.
    I have only been able to get in touch by phone once and was asked to email photos of the problem.
    They have not responded to any attempt of contact and are refusing to return our messages.
    This situation needs to be repaired and made safe, or restored to the original grade and totally reimbursed.

    On Thursday, June 8th, a man ** *** **** ** *** knocked on my door and wanted to know if we wanted our gravel driveway paved. These guys come a few times a year and we always say no.
    This guy seemed legit, he said it's a family business, run by his father and his brother and him.
    He said for $7000 he would use recycled asphalt from a site down the road and use it to pave our driveway. We ended up agreeing on $5250.00 for the whole job. I have a receipt here from them detailing the work they did.
    The driveway is so soft that I can't even park on it, it has rained, and the driveway is washing away.
    After paying his Dad and getting my invoice, he said wait 2 days and it will firm up.
    It hasn't.
    I texted *** and asked that he send his crew back to fix the job. He sent a worker who re-rolled the driveway but it was just a cosmetic fix.
    I have called and texted and no response at all. * **** ***** ******* ********* **** *** **** **** *** *** **** ******** **** ***** ******** ****
