    The complaint is for Wayne's Pest Extermination-----***** ******(************)--e-mail (***************************) .

    On May 22, 2025, I paid $630 in cash to ***** ( see attached receipt with Wayne's signature) for fixing a hole caused by raccoon. He said to my family it was the small case, he has 25 years experience for raccoons. However, after fixing, that night (May 22) 8:00pm to next day (May 23) morning 6:30am , raccoons destroyed what ***** did, also raccoons made another 4 holes, and raccoons smashed the window's screen . My family members cannot sleep well. On May 23, 2025, I requested ***** to come helping us and seeing my home's situation. He didn't come. He said raccoons are not that strong when he was facing my family's help request. On May 26, 2025 , at 6:00pm he finally came to my home standing there to look at the situations for 10 minutes. He didn't do anything , he didn't say anything , then he left . I was so eager to get help from him by calling him and messaging him, but he didn't respond. So I found another company (********* ****** ******** *******) on May 27, 2025 , I received damage cost estimate for $3093.97.(see attached). Later, this company (********* ****** ******** *******) actually charged me $2764.58 on May 28, 2025.(see attached).

    I request the follow:
    1. Wayne's Pest Extermination --refund me $630 in cash.
    2. Wayne's Pest Extermination --give me Compensation for losses $2764.58.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1. Wayne's Pest Extermination asked/demanded me to pay cash ($630) before starting work. The company said they have 25 years of experience, my home raccoon in attic problem is just a piece of cake, let me believe the company.

    2.Wayne's Pest Extermination has no expertise.

    3. Wayne's Pest Extermination left without completing the job/work. At the critical moment, the company did nothing but leave. The company was irresponsible to its customer and has caused serious losses to its customer.

    Now, I request the ********************** to give me the cash ($630) back.

    The technical staff re-do the work from ********* ****** ******** said Waynes pest Extermination didnt install properly at the beginning to cause the bigger damages. Waynes pest Extermination just left with my $630 without completing the work.

    I contacted ***** March ******, due to a problem with mice. He came out and put bait stations around my home and charged me $285 Said his service was 100 guaranteed, and would come back out if needed and check boxes to see if mice are feeding off food. Problem still continued, asked him to come find source of problem. They found the mice were coming from my deck outside.Came back and removed parts of the deck ,inserted foam and then I was notified thy would need to cement the hole to assure it was sealed. I was away and asked if they can come when I return. ***** sent his son and brother when I was not home, claimed they completed the work but deck was not put back to its original form and I Did not see any signs that they fixed the problem or cemented the hole. They have not been out to check bait boxes, was told there was an additional charge of $50 for them to do that. They sent me an invoice for $252 for cementing the hole which they never completed. Needed to hire someone to fix deck and patch up holes from mice that ***** said he was completing. I want my money back for the original $285 dollars that was guaranteed he would fix the issues and check on bait boxes which he never did.

    we did rodent service see attached invoice $250.00, we did not say 100 per cent guaranteed, we couldn't as she had entry points in several areas so we recommended sealing them at extra cost she agreed. We even had to let her know deck was in way in area and some boards may break, she acknowledged this and asked us to proceed at extra cost. After 2 weeks of trying to get work done she finally allowed it. 2 deck boards broke and we did cement total back area we said we would. We went above and beyond for this customer at 1/3 the cost of anyone else out there. We have a reputation for excellent customer service and I myself ensure we take care of every customer but this one gives me the impression we are not the 1rst victims. Nothing will be refunded, she didn't even pay the invoice for cement sealing. Thank you.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    ***** pest control did guarantee service, it is also on their website that they offer 100% satisfaction guaranteed. They dropped the rodent traps, never serviced them or notified me there would be an extra charge. I waited 3 weeks for them to come seal the entry way and at that time he broke apart my deck and never put back the planks. They claimed to fix everything but never did. I had a ************ come and fix what they claimed to seal . I did advise ***** and his son  I would not pay the second invoice until My deck was put back and to show me proof that the work was done.( I do have documentation to prove).

    he refused and said Im done

    I paid the original 283$ for him to lay traps down, which was never serviced or checked.

    i find it highly offensive he claims , he was a victim, as I am a professional that pays her bills and works in customer service as well.

    i would never treat my clients the way Ive been treated.
