    I originally took a loan out for $150, to be paid back the next payday, Wednesday, May 15, 2024, for the amount of $172.50. I contacted the business on May 14,2024 to extend the pay date to May 16, 2024; which was approved. After which I was told to e-transfer $172.5 if I wanted to reapply. I proceeded to e-transfer them the next day, but was also charged by ***, for an additional $172.50. When messaging them about the mistake I was told that they would send the extra money back once they had confirmation. As such, I proceeded to reapply with them. After which they declined the application due to credit reasons, despite approving me 9 days earlier. When I inquired about receiving my refund for extra payment, to pay bills, they informed me I would have to wait until they got bank confirmation next week. Even though, through their application process and bank verification they can see the *** was successfully take out. On May 21, I was told that once they received confirmation of excess funds they would send a refund, and that this would happen by EOD Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Today, on Wednesday, May ******, they have told me they will not be able to send any money back until confirmation, again but they moved the date to Friday, May *******. They have indicated no willingness to resolve the situation and keep on moving date of repayment back.

    I took out a loan, and then I had to quit my job for my mental health, and then a family emergency occurred and my finances have changed. I only missed one payment, and they are fully harassing me on the next paydate. I am on social assistance. The gentleman on the phone was not gentle at all, he threw in my face that I was crying when I picked up the phone, and was ignorant. They have called me over 9 times. Threatening to have field officers sent.
