Granting of a Canadian temporary or permanent residency status and the time required for processing these residency applications are at the sole discretion of the government of Canada and not Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services.  The fees are not refundable in the event of delays in processing or application refusal by the Canadian Government.
If, however, the Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services or its professional staff do not complete the tasks identified under section 2 of services agreement, the Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services will refund part, or all of the professional fees collected.  The fees paid are for services indicated in the services agreement, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount of fees paid. 
Canada AG Immigration & Citizenship Services is not responsible for fees paid to the government for processing a temporary or permanent residency application.
