The fees arenot refundable in the event of delays in processing or application refusal bythe Canadian Government.
If, however, the Canada AG Immigration & CitizenshipServices or its professional staff do not complete the tasks identified undersection 2 of services agreement, the Canada AG Immigration & CitizenshipServices will refund part, or all of the professional fees collected. The fees paid are for services indicated inthe services agreement, and any refund is strictly limited to the amount offees paid.
