    Hello Hope you are well.We have a restaurant and our dish sink got blocked on 21st Oct, after a while a pipe burst open and still sink was blocked as it was secondary pipe to flow water. We put on ******** for looking for someone to unblock the sink and resolve the issue. From there Handy Man ***** connected us on 21st Oct 2023 and promise to do all next day(charge extra for weekend/emergency) but he never showed up the next day. And called at end of day that he can stop by Monday and do it, On Monday he came checked and went back without doing anything, we have Hardware stores 100m away,Came back on Tuesday and closed the pipe and went back, still not resolving the issue.We had to call other plumber to fix it on Thursday, And then ***** sent us invoice for coming twice and connecting pipe. I called him and asked why he charged all that and didnt even resolved the issue.He texted threatening us about coming with people and not paying after having lunch and all We havent paid him anything because he didnt resolved the issue, I can pay something for him showing up but not 282$. Hope you can resolve this for us

    Hope you are well. I heard back from Handy Butler and we agreed to meet in middle.

    So hence this should be resolved. Although I didnt liked his work and has to redo everything but I paid for his visit and to keep things clean.
