  Highbridge Construction was a nightmare from day 1. We had nothing but trouble and almost everything we had done they needed come back and redo. There were days upon days when there were no workers at all. A 4-6 month reo turned into a year and a half. People were fired continuously and the new people had no clue what was done or needed to be done. My husband was the real project manager because the Highbridge people were so incompetent. We had to move in with our son because of all the delays. It was one of the worst experiences of my life!!

  Our project started before the previous review by ******* was submitted on July 26, 2022 which was unfortunate because our experience mirrored hers and if I had read it, I probably wouldnt have selected this company. As ******* said, the staff were all very pleasant including the workers that came to the house. However, the project coordinator indicated that our project (replacing the tiled walls around our tub/shower) would only take a couple of days. That was important to us because we were expecting our sons family to visit and we did not want any work done over their stay. We even said that if the work couldnt be completed by the time of their visit, we would prefer that the project be postponed until after their visit. The work ultimately took about a month to complete not a couple of days - and through our sons entire visit. Tiles that were supposedly sourced and ready to go, were actually not sufficient to do the job and had to be ordered several more times causing multi-day delays. We were told that the worker(s) would be at our house on a particular day so we would stay home and then not have them show up. On at least four occasions the worker told us that he needed to pick something up at a store and that he would be right back but never came back that day. Importantly the final product was disappointing. We are still washing haze off the tiles, the side wall that was ripped up when they removed the old wall was left with unsanded, unpainted drywall mud, and the ceiling around the shower is spotted with the red waterproof membrane that they used. Thus, we will need to have the bathroom painted. We could have expressed our disappointment about these issues and withheld the final payment, but after the month of dealing with this company we just wanted them out of our lives.

  I had a problem with a sagging floor between my kitchen and dining room. I called Highbridge and they came out a view. They thoroughly check my floor and verified this was not a structure issue. They did the work agreed to. The staff and repairmen are really great to work with. The work was done on time. This company was excellent. If I have other repairs I would call them first
