I booked them on Jan 31 to clean my couch, chair, 3 area rugs, 2 sets of stairs, 3 small bedrooms & a hallway. Total was $605.68. I was told the cleaning would follow a 3-step process: vacuum, pre-spray to kill bacteria & eliminate stains, scrubbing tough stains, hot water extraction with deodorizer for a fresh finish. I was told they guarantee their work. The technician did a poor & incomplete job. I was working from home so I had a short time to look & noticed that my couch was left with visible stains & crusty residue, he attempted to wipe off using a dirty cloth from a used bucket of water. After work, I realized the carpets were still filthy with dirt that I could easily remove with my fingernail. The couch has a farm-like odor & the fabric is stiff to the touch, making it unusable. It didn't appear that stains were removed from anything, & there was a musty smell throughout the house. When i contacted the company with evidence, they initially agreed to **** the job. Then changed their response in a 1am message, saying they would only spot-treat stains. After insisting that the entire job was poorly done, they finally agreed to return.Technician arrived late, with barely enough time to work, & again used a dirty bucket and cloth to wipe down the stairs by hand. When I asked him about the 3-step process, he had no idea what I was talking about. Banged his equipment into my walls, leaving dents & marks, walked around my house with dirty shoes, left footprints everywhere, & didnt clean up water left on my hardwood floors.Reached out again, asking for refund due to the horrendous quality of ****************** damage, they refused & offered yet another cleaning attempt. I do not trust this company to come back to my home. The service was unprofessional, the technicians were not trained, & the entire experience was a waste of ************* I have to replace my couches, costing me over $3000. I asked for a refund yesterday and they never responded.

This issue has been resolved with the client.

They wanted a refund because of the poor service done because our technician wasnt at his best that day. We truly apologize about this and have concluded that it will only be fair to send you some money back and have our technician do the upholstery training all over again.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me. I'm not fully happy with the resolution, as they only refunded a small amount of the cost and I also had to purchase new couches. I understand that this organization is not likely to do more so I will accept what they are offering me. I'm still very unhappy, I just want that to be clear. Thanks.

    Sincerely,
