    I contracted Rhage Contracting, and the owner ****** ****** in Dec'24, for work to begin this Spring, Our concrete-block basement wall had burst inward from ice expansion. The crew began work in May by digging a 30-foot-long, 40-inch deep trench around the basement wall down to the footings. Top-notch employees and excellent work. But it forecast some rain the next week, and "my block layers can't lay the blocks if it rains any time during the week." So we rescheduled another week out. This continued week after week until he stopped answering my emails three weeks ago. During this time I paid Rhage $26K of the $29K contract.

    The company kept money owed to me after delays/excuses on constructing my garage, then never following through! * *** ** * ****** **** ******* ***** ******** ******* *** *** ******** *********** **** ******** ******* ******** The office is empty in Orillia *** ********* ** *** ********* *** ** *** ****** ****** the ** ****** owner will not answer my calls, I am still waiting to get my money back! ********** ** *** ********** ** ********* **** **** *** ***** ***** ***** **** ******** *** abandoned the contract.
    Recently he still hasn't answered my calls.
