    customer service, I email you the day I received my order and when I opened the package the underwear looked huge and noticed I got a large instead of a medium, all I asked for is an exchange for a medium in what ever color you had available, I have yet to receive any correspondence, I guess I need to file an official complaint due to the lack of response.

    k, I am a bit frustrated, the email on your site come back invalid and the phone number listed under Connect also is invalid. Obviously I responded to email stating my Oder was out for delivery but as of today I have not received any response.

    This pertains to two purchases, $49 each (+$6.99 shipping on one of them), made on 4/23 and 7/2 of 2023. Aswemove guarantees their products against a number of defects up to one year from purchase, and one of the defects they specifically mention is pilling. All three of the ****** long boxer briefs I bought from them (one with a buy one get one free promo) began pilling a few months ago. Their guarantee states that they will refund the amount of purchase, plus shipping. I first emailed Aswemove about this issue on 1/29/24, with a detailed description and pictures of the defective products (****** ********** **** ** *** ******** **** ** *** ***** *****). The customer service representative who eventually responded told me that their "system has limitations on processing refunds over 90 days past the order date," and offered replacements or store credit. I reminded him of the guarantee, then asked him to escalate the case to someone who can issue a refund, if he honestly didn't have the authority to do so himself. He assured me he would "escalate the matter to a member of our dedicated team for thorough review and resolution." The following week I asked him for an update, and replied that "our team is still actively investigating possible solutions, especially considering the limitations posed by our payment processing system. We understand the importance of this matter to you and are committed to finding the best possible resolution." There cannot be any such limitations to their payment processing system: I paid with ******. They have records of my invoices which even I can access on their website.
