      Our car was stolen the police smashed it two years of fighting with the insurance company they ended up 16864 and told us we had to negotiate with ia so we did agreed on 13000 they told us to both go to any te bank with id and they would cash it and give us the remainder at the bank the collection girl phone me cause I wouldn’t sign as I had a bad feeling she told me that because we didn’t have ** bank accounts they were gonna mail us the money I reminded. Them that the 3000 owed to the transmission was waiting as well a week later after me leaving msg they finally said we’re not giving u nothing and I just receive s a email they put me in collections for 3800 and now 4500 tosay I have a copy of the contract

      I purchased a new Vehicle and received it on November 17th 2023. I am being financed through ****** and all documentation on my end has been completed. IA is still withdrawing funds from my account stating ****** has not sent the payout. This is between IA and ******, and nothing to do with me. I have also escalated this with ****** I demand a refund for monies taken from my account and confirmation IA will stop taking funds that are not theirs to take.

      I purchased a vehicle and the financing was through IA auto finance. * *** **** *** ** *** *** *** ** ***** * *** *** I got behind in payments, ******* ******* ***** **** ***** *** ***** * *** **** ***** * *****. I have asked for almost a year to get it switched and they won’t until I get caught up. I did get caught up once they wouldn’t switch it. I cannot stay caught up when they are still taking a payment every two weeks and charging a ridiculous amount for missed payments.This last week they send a demand letter giving me till the 14th to pay it. I emailed and asked if I could pay it in full on the 17th instead and get the payments switched to twice a week. They will not answer my email other than to say call them. I cannot have my phone on at work and told them that. They refuse to answer emails because it will be in writing that they won’t change the payment date. T*** *** **** *** ************** ****** ******* I am trying to make the payments all I ask is they change it to twice a month and they refuse because they make so much money of me in late payment fees

      In the last couple of months I have been in contact with IA Financial about my car loan end date of Mar 5th 2023. As my end date drew closer I called in for final paperwork for Insurance and the last 4 agents i have spoken to are stating I had 6 payments in 2016 and early 2017 returned accruing Fees of $100 Each. In 2021 I received an actual amortization dated Start of May 25, 2017 of my account and nothing shows nor was I told of returned payments. ** ******* **** ********* **** all of a sudden at the end of my loan that these charges are being brought to my attention. The first rep I spoke to told me there was $700 The second said $900 now it is at $600. My final payment has come out of my account. I have been told all the fees are NSF fees and today was advised that they would be willing to settle for $405

We are aware of a glitch in our system that makes the payment history prior to 2017 more difficult to pull and represent in a clear report for the client's records. We also apologize in how this was communicated inconsistently between different agents on our team. In the interest of supporting a positive experience and relationship between us and the customer, we have chosen to waive all remaining fees on file. The remaining fee balance was $675 but has now been changed to zero.
