              On January 26, 2022 I paid $790.99 to Dependable to provide winter snow removal services at my home in Oakville. After a storm lasting several days they did not perform on February 3, 2022 and I had to email them repeatedly to get them to come and clear my driveway and walkway several days after the storm ended. Our contract specified performance within 12 hours. After a storm that ended on February 18, 2022 I was once again left without service in the form of 6-12" of snow on my driveway. This time Dependable did not respond to my requests for service. As a result I demanded a refund and terminated our contract but Dependable refuses to respond to me. Note that the address I've specified is a mailing address, not the address where services were to be performed. ***************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************

              We are new customers and must warn others that communication is very poor. In June, we arranged for the CPR service but only the aeration portion was completed - with the promise that topdressing and overseeding would follow shortly. Numerous calls and email messages have failed to bring satisfaction. An invoice was sent, and much to my regret, I paid it. So now the work is still pending, and there is no indication that it will be completed. There has been no response to my last email message of October 14th. The weed and feed service that we also arranged has been satisfactory, hence the one star rating
