    Purchased 2 French doors on January 13, 2025. Followed up every month and was eventually told the doors should arrive by June 13. I still had not received the doors by June 19th and requested a refund. I was told that it would be sent to accounting. I have not received a refund to date. Total amount paid = $720.95 Order #****

    Ordered doors through this company that were supposed to arrive for mid-October 2023. Received no notification, so we tried to contact the company. Countless phone messages and emails were left unanswered. Finally spoke to someone at the end of October and was told we would receive the order at the start of November. It is now December and we have not received the order nor can we reach anyone at the company. We have left NUMEROUS messages on every person’s extension, including reception. No one ever calls back. The message on their answering machine is a joke because a man’s voice says their staff is available during the week to answer calls — no one EVER picks up or returns messages. **** ** * **** ******** **** **** ******** **** ******* ** ********* *** *** ***** **** **********

    I ordered two custom black sliding doors on October 21 and 28 of 2022. Paid for them in full. Was told expected delivery date was February of 2023. Was content to wait. It is now July 12, 2023. 5 months after the expected delivery date. No doors, no updates, no responses to telephone messages, no responses to emails, no responses to knocks on the door of their office. In fact, it seems the company has chosen to just bury its head in the sand. I have never dealt with a company that treats its paying clients with such disrespect. I have logged every call, have every email. I even threatened that if I did not hear from them I would take to social media and begin legal action. That was about 10 days ago. No response again. Its like this company doesn't care about anyone or anything. I guess when a company has been in business for 45 years as they say, they feel they have a right to disrespect its clients. I hate that I have to waste my time to chase this company down for a meaningful update. The two occasions I did manage to catch someone at the office they provided less than meaningful updates. They promised to get back once they heard from the manufacturer and of course never did. I have referred the matter to one of my lawyers now. They really just sucked the anticipation of the pleasure of this purchase away. I expect that if I do get these sliding doors at this point I will have nothing but issues with them as well. I literally have zero expectations from these people. Word to the wise, stay away from custom orders. May be different if you are just picking up something in their warehouse, can't comment on that but definitely stay away from everything else.
