In Nov 2020, Majesticon Windows installed a bow window at my house for $3729. I dealt with Oshin, the owner. We agreed on the style and price and made a Invoice on Sept 28, 2020 and I paid half the cost as a deposit. ***********. He told me if we wanted to go from a 5 pane window to a 4 pane we would have to replace the entire frame as well or it would look awkward. He said if paid extra to replace the frame it would look perfect. Just as original with no issues. After installing the window we went to inspect it. They had used 6 tubes of caulking and tons of it all around the complete window! It looked horrendous. ********. We even paid extra for the valence so the caulking wouldn't show much. I understand along the brick but it's everywhere. After, Oshin said he had to put that much because of the curve of the window had changed because we changed to 4 pane windows. This was totally different from what he explained to us before he took the job. We paid extra to replace the wood frame to avoid any issues and now he's telling us different. Also, there were 3 spots of the caulking that was damaged when installed. ********. I voiced my concerns to Oshin immediately. He promised me he would come back in 2 weeks when the silicone dried to repair them. I trusted him and still paid the balance. I waited 4 weeks and nothing. I called him and he said he'd come next week. This happened 3 times and he never showed up. He said I had to wait until Spring as it was too cold now. How could I trust him? He said I was bugging him too much and he wasn't gonna come back again for anything and he voided my warranty. Now we paid almost $4K for a bow window that had a 5 year warranty which is now voided through no fault of mine. Recently, I noticed the installer had put a screw in the wall under the frame just to hold it up. I had to pay ****** ************ $819 to repair the frame and caulking. Now the inner frame they installed had gaps on the left side. *******.
