    "I would like to take a few minutes to say a few words and thank one of the service managers for what he took on and accomplished in the time that he promised.I realize that sometimes we get unlucky and get stuck with a vehicle that is far from what we were told we were getting however when we are put in the position to have to put up with so so service then it becomes a real issue until you get to deal with a class guy with a ton of knowledge both in the mechanical and the customer service sides a guy that we will call Jay 2 then everything seems to calm down and move a while lot faster." ...
