              Bell keeps sending my home address marketing flyers. I have called them repeatdely (at least 4 times) and asked them to stop the solicitation to my home address and add me to their do not contact list. Each time I am assured I will not be contacted again but each time has been a deception. They advertise a number to contact to prevent further solicitations but the number is just a general contact line and the employees on the other end are often confused at the ask and dont know what to do. wait times for this can be in the hours. I would like Bell to stop contacting me and they currently do not have a method to prevent this or are unwilling to comply with my request. * ******** **** ********** ** **** ***** *** ***** **** ** **** *** **** ***** ******** ********* ***********

              Received and email saying my account was overdue so i paid the bill with my credit card. I then noticed Bell took out the payment ( i had set up auto pay the previous month). When i called they said “to get a refund they have to mail a cheque which takes a week). After telling them to proceed they now said “oh we were mistaken, we can credit your credit card. I said proceed. A week later still no refund, when i called to enquire i was told they will investigate and call back within 2 more days. Today ( a week later from original contact) they called saying this is the “executive office” and it is not simple and perhaps it may need to just be applied to the account. It IS simple, you key in the information and the card is refunded. This run around is so typical of Bell and needs to stop! They seem to do this with ********. I would never recommend Bell to my friends or family. Never missed a payment, great customer and you are treated like this.
