On November 1st I hired vital movers to pack my home move it and unpack it the house they were moving was only ten minutes away. They were directed to be extremely careful with my tv as it was quite big and quite expensive. At the end of the move they never indicated that any accidents happened. After they had gotten paid there $1460 I then found a scratch on the handle of my brand new black stainless steel fridge so deep the spot is now no longer black, it was a brand new. That being said I had thought accidents happen and I'll let this go no reason to complain they were nice and did a decent job. Fast forward to afew days after we were preparing to plug the tv in that they had unwrapped and leaned against a wall with the screen on the wall and a couch piece pushed against it only to notice a huge chunk out of the bottoms corner as if it was dropped and the entire screen is scratched ! We then proceeded to call them to resolve the issue they ignored our many attempts and when they did finally answer they said non of there men reported any incidents to us at the end of the move so they would not be resolving any issues as they did not do it. After much back and forth another man finally called us back and said to send him pictures and he would investigate only for him to never get back to us and when he finally did he threaten to call the police if we continued to try to contact them for a resolution. Now I am out thousands on thousands of dollars all to pay someone to break my stuff. Extremely upset there customer service skills are non existent. I too if this all we never even received an invoice from them regarding our hours and what we paid so much money for.
