    We paid into this policy for 20 years, at a monthly premium of 47.70. This September without any notice they took 10X's the premium making it 467.28. When they took this amount out they sent me into overdraft causing a NSF fee, I contact them they said they sent a letter out to us in August. We did not receive anything and found out that they sent a letter to your old address from 15 years ago even though they were updated regarding the change of address. I called them about this payment and got the run around saying they cannot put the money back into the account they would have to investigate it. We immediately cancelled *** ****** *** **** *** *************** ** **** *** *****. The next day I received a EFT for the full amount back into my account. Two weeks later they did the same thing, they took 467.28 after calling them numerous times and asking for management to contact me a week later they said that managers don't talk to anyone via phone only email correspondence. Ivari also said they don't do EFT, so I went a copy of my banking showing the NSF and EFT putting the money back in the first time even though they say they can't do it. I called again today 2 full weeks since they took the second payment and they say it's still in the back office going through the process whatever that means, police was cancelled should have never been taken out in the first place.     they took money out of our account without any authorization once our insurance ran out they "created " another policy at 10xs the price without any permission. ** ** ********* * **** ** *****!
