    I ordered two tables on November 25th 2024. One was cancelled. I've yet to receive a refund. The other is a live order and I've yet to receive the table. I've called, I've emailed, I've messages on social media. No luck. Calls will either drop off or I will be on hold for over 2 hours. Yes, I was once on hold for over two hours before I lost the will to go on. Emails remain unanswered. I would say I've never experienced such bad customer service or treatment from a business but that require them to do something, which they have not. I'm out $1.1K and there is no indicator I'll ever get that back.

    ******* ***** ** ******* I’ve ordered from Wazo in the past and didn’t have any issues but placed an order over their Black Friday sale this year and order has not arrived and I haven’t had any updates at all. I’ve tried to call and email their support team multiple times and can’t reach anyone/never hear back. I’m worried they are taking money and orders and not fulfilling them. **** * **** ***** *** I’d like my money back.

    Placed an order on Nov 10 for bar stools- it is now Dec 18 and I have to receive them. My calls to customer care have not been accepted due to them immediately dropping off or never ending wait times. Email communication has also been non-existent as they have not replied with information on the status of my order.     I placed an order with Wazo on November 17th 2024-in stock items. The website states 3-15 business days for the order to arrive, and email confirmation advises ship out of the warehouse within 5 business days and it would take 5-14 business days arrive. I just now searched the entire website and even made a dummy purchase and nowhere does it mention anything about delays in shipping. I emailed them on Nov 30th for an ETA and they replied Dec 4th to please allow 2-3 weeks for the order to be prepared and shipped and blamed the ****** **** strike. ***** ******* *** *** ***** ********** ** *** *** ******* ******* *** *** **** ***** *** **** issues I see the strike was just a great excuse opportunity for Wazo. I have since sent 3 emails to Wazo, the last one to cancel my order. Still no replies. I drove to the Toronto warehouse only to find out this is now closed - even though the store information is still on the website. I have tried to call multiple times and sat on hold for as long as I could each time. Today I called at 1:18pm EST, sat on hold for 1:59min where they hung up on me as I hit the 2hr mark(3:18 pm EST). Calling the Montreal customer care again and it automatically hang up. Trying Montreal Sales Team and there is no answer. Trying to call customer care again and am now on hold again. Dec 18 2024 3:30pm EST.

    I placed an order online over ten days ago, but no one has provided any updates regarding shipping or potential issues. This lack of communication is extremely disappointing.
    Previously, I had to cancel an order because the item was listed as available but turned out to be out of stock. Despite that, I decided to give your business another chance because I appreciated the designs featured in your catalog and the trust instilled by an associate’s hospitality and product designs. Unfortunately, this experience has completely eroded that trust—no one is answering phones or responding to emails. And now, it's been over a month for my cancelled order that the refund didn't fulfil.
    I truly doubt the reliability *** *************** of the business and even suspect it's a ****.

    I placed on order November 18th . Been calling customer support for 2 days now and waiting for 45 minutes but it says the agents are busy. Been sending emails since last week but unfortunately no reply. Been calling the store but it says it’s closed. So stressful

    ****** **** ***** *** ********** Extremely Disappointing Customer Experience! I have had the worst customer experience with your business, Waco Furniture Inc. services. I ordered two ******** ***** Chairs in September, but there was no confirmed delivery date. After canceling the chairs and requesting a refund on October 04, 2024, I was told the issue would be resolved I just had to wait 30 days and I wasn't given a refund date of November 04, 2024, there is still no confirmation or refund. It is unacceptable that I keep having to chase after them, calling them, and emailing them to get my money back. It is November 30, 2024, and still no refund to my credit card and I still can't get hold of anyone to talk to regarding this, **** **** *** ***********  I'm certainly not a happy customer. **** ******** **** *** ******* **** *** *****
