    I bought a pair of **** *** *** ***** from jdsports.ca Order Number #***** on August 18th 2022. A few months ago the *** ****** ****** on the left shoe. I contacted **** canada who said I would have to do a warranty return through JD sports since JD sports hasn't updated their contract with ****. I called them on January 18th 2023 and no one answered. I made a support ticket and nobody replied. Today February 24th 2023 I called and received a message stating "the person you were trying to call has a full mailbox" and then i was hung up on. I called the us number and talked to someone who stated only jdsport canada could deal with this problem and they took my information and said they would transfer me to the canadian support. When they transferred me i received the same message as when i first called the canadian number.

    Hello,
    My son purchased a pair of expensive shoes he wanted on the website of this store. ********************. He is only 10 years old and used his own money on them as they were expensive. The order number is Order Number: *****. The order was placed on Feb 12, 2023. I recieved a confirmation email. On Feb 17, I followed up on the status of the order via email. No response. I followed up again via email on Feb 20. No response. I went on their webite and inquired on the "Live chat". After a few hours...sitting on queue 11, no response. I called the 1800 number on their website. IT was automated and just rang out. No ability to leave a message and no one answered the call. I called the ******** store location directly. Again, just rang out and no ability to leave a message. I would like someone to response on the status of this order and deliver it. If you dont actually have the item, just say so! Very poor customer service.

    I finally heard back from the company after tracking executives down on ******** .

    Terrible customer service though regarding shipping delays and zero communication . Was never able to get through to anyone using normal methods of calling, emailing, or writing to the store. I had to research owners and executives and then look for them on ******** and *********.

    I ended up getting my items only because of that.

    I purchased a pair of shoes on Dec 16, 2022 for my daughter for Christmas. I have been trying to get hold of them since Christmas for an exchange. ******* ******** ********* *** **** **** *** ******** ********** **** *** *** ******* *** ** ****** ****** ** ********* *** *** ********* *** ************ *** **** *****. They will not reply to emails, they will not answer the phone, and their chat server is turned off. I have tried emailing multiple times with no response so either customers received the wrong items, no items at all, or like me they need to exchange and we all are ghosted. Everything is online so I have no options. The shoes were $120, and I have no recourse.

    I purchased the jacket from JD Sports, on the Dec 14, 2022. They promised that will be delivered in 5-7 days or business days and here I am on Jan 12, 2023. I haven’t got the jacket yet tried to reach out to them Many times by emails as call center are not operative. I have spend $180.80 in total.     Amount of money paid to the business: Total:$55.86. Though online reviews indicate consumers through Canada are experiencing the same issue.

    Additional details: Order was placed Dec 20 using Standard Shipping method. Paid $10 for standard shipping as my order was below the threshold requirement for free shipping. With the site saying 1-3 business days for processing then 5-7 for shipping, I expected the order to be fulfilled and delivered by Jan 6 2023 at the latest, accounting for holidays.

    Currently as of Jan 10, my order ***** is still "Being Processed". Order hasn't been updated, no email received for additional tracking or status updates.

    Attempted to contact JD Sports via 'Live Chat' which wasn't live chat, it was a webform submitting an email - I did so, but no reply within 4 business days.
    Attempted to contact JD Sports via phone at ###-###-####, within their stated business hours Monday - Sunday 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST, nobody answered and the phone was ringing endlessly and no voicemail service was available to leave a message.
    Attempted to contact JD Sports via ******** Message as their ** is regularly updated, nobody even read the message.

    Their ******** page is also full of reviews stating customer service is completely unresponsive, shipping & fulfillment issues, & not able to get support or returns or cancellations: **************** .

    I did finally hear back from them, 1 week after submitting the complaint.
    The Order was partially fulfilled, and the rest was refunded. Unfortunate that it took from Dec 20 to Jan 17th to even get any communication from them.

    I placed an order on Dec 14 2022 for an online order of $64.86 - while I received one item, one still hasn't arrived (total of $24). I have tried to contact them (call, email, livechat) for more information on my order, and no one is answering. It's one thing to be on hold for a long time, but I'm simply getting no response. Not only can't I find more information, I can't even ask for a refund. The business is not replying at all - their customer service line keeps ringing, no one answers and it eventually disconnects - and there are no replies to the emails or livechats I keep initiating. I know that processing times are longer but there has been no status update on this order, and I can't even speak to a physical person for more information. My order number is ***** - if you could help me in any kind of way, that would be greatly appreciated.

    I have heard back from JD Sports - I believe after BBB reached out to them, they responded back a week or two later with an apology and refunded my item, so thank you for your help with this matter!

    I bought a pair of ********** boots online on their website but they were too big. They’re website states they have free returns and exchanges for one month from the date of purchase. In order to initiate it, you have to fill out an online form with your order number, and a member of their team will reach out to you within 1-2 business days with a return label. It’s been almost a week, and I haven’t received an email yet. I tried calling their customer support number and had no luck as there was no one on the other end. I tried emailing them multiple times, with no luck

    To begin with, I purchased a ***** **** jacket from jdsports
    date of transaction: December 29, 2022 at 6;42pm
    order number: ***** When i purchased it said that I would recieve my order in 7 days
    However, after 5 days I realized that nothing is happening and my order is still being processed
    So I tried every way to get in touch with their support team
    I called, I used live chat and I even emailed them more than once
    After doing all of this for multiple times, there was no sign from the support member. They weren't answering, my calls, the line was getting always cut, and they didn't answer any of my emails.
    SO im really disappointed in their costumer service, I've never experienced such an issue where a costumer support team does not help me.
    I want to know what going on with my order, when will I get it and the reason why it is still being processed.

I had contacted the company on the 22nd of December as they had not confirmed my order, and was told to give them 5-8 days, I have waited now 14 days for an update and I have received nothing.     I ordered a jacket online for 90 dollars from December 15th 2022. I didn't receive any tracking or delivery information and they took my money. My order number is *****. I called customer service and emailed so many times and nobody is answering the phone or email. I want my money back and the order canceled.
