    Car Sale Name : FIRST CHOICE MOTORS (FCM) Contact: ******* ********** Address : **** ***** *** **** **** * Toronto ON ******  Buyer's Name/Address: ***** ********* ** ******** ****, ******* ** *** *** Date of Purchase : November 20, 2022 ( paid $1000 Upfront) Car make model/year/VIN: ********** ***** *** **** **** ***************** Price with Tax : $14690.00 includes 36 days of Guaranty by the dealer/FCM Date of Delivery : November 24, 2022 Around 5:00PM Car delivered in very bad condition very unclean/badly dirty all over and No Floor mats and Part covering the trunk bottom (Part No ************* BAG) is Missing. ** ****** ******* ****** ** *** ** *** *** *** ** ***** ** **** ***** ****** ****** *** ***** **** *** ******** *** ******************* ***** ** ***. After I called them, they said it is the way they deliver and after talking a lot and showing the interior, they clean only the seats and floor, that is also not to my satisfaction/Halfway done and took one and half days to do it, clearly negligence I saw on that. Very bad service. This situation make me take the car to the ********** Dealer and work done and cost summary is below: Description Cost CAD Cabin Air Filter Service 74.07 Engine Air Filter Service 111.75 Spark Plugs Replace 251.64 Brake Fluid 140.40 Coolant system Flush 231.73 Part No ************* BAG (Missing Trunk Part) 46.90 Tax (13%) 105.24 Total 914.83 I ask to pay this money to me by giving them a copy of invoices, but car sale refuse it. I really need the First choice motors reimburse this amount ($914.83) to me. I can provide all the photos I took and all invoices/bills regarding this

    ***** * **** ** *** ***** ***** ** ** *** ******** * **** brutal customer service. I purchase a 2010 -------- and within the second day of driving this car it was nothing but major safety problems where I could have been killed. The car had brakes issue, seatbelt not working ,broken gas tank, 2 windows not working, driver shaft have to be replaced, vent valve had to be replaced and they just don't care they are very rude and will not refund back your money. **** *** ********* *** * ***** ** ******** *  please be careful. I have to be taking taxi and have no car to drive after they had my car for almost a week to repair and couple days after I pick it up the brake Caliper was broken off where I could not drive my car and had to get it towed.
