The Salespeople are not bad, but the service manager is a real jerk. Bought a new side by side from Carlson and once home I noticed that one of the brackets locking the Hood was broken. Called to complain and he said it was my fault. After a while of arguing with him he said he would order a new part, but might take a while because of shipping problems during covid 19. I reached out to him 7 months latter and he said he never ordered it. I voiced my concern and he was very ignorant about it. Said he would order it again. Well, another 3 months has gone by and I still have not received nor heard from him. That guy is terrible to deal with and I can Assure you that the better price you get from them is not worth the aggrevation from this guy. I shall never buy anything from them again and will tell others.

In speaking with our staff, the barrier to having this resolved a long time ago seems to be a lack of communication. We need to verify the exact part that's needed. Our requests to physically see your unit or have you send us a picture - those options have been denied. As we previously maintained, please provide us visual confirmation of the broken item and it will be ordered and provided to you as promised.
