    Have not received my online subscription.
    Called *** *** **** on June 15, 2023 and spoke to Glenn the owner because I did not received my online subscription and asked for a refund.
    Glenn then asked me to email him which I did on June 15, 2023.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     I have not received the money. I have not received the service. Are they able to be more specific as into times dates and how that money was returned to me because I have not received it.

    Proof? Receipts of transaction? Who? When?
