    Follow-up on Complaint Regarding Lost Package and Unpaid Compensation by UPS

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    My name is ******* **********. Several months ago, I shipped a package containing a digital piano via UPS, which has unfortunately been lost. Despite numerous follow-ups through phone calls, in-person visits to the UPS branch, and multiple emails, neither the status of the package has been clarified nor has the compensation been delivered to me.

    I had previously filed this matter with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). In their response, UPS stated that the compensation was paid on May 5th and was sent to the local UPS branch for delivery to me. They also committed to providing a clearer response regarding the lost package within seven business days.

    However, several weeks have passed since that response, and I have yet to receive any compensation or clear communication from UPS. Despite frequent visits to the branch, I am repeatedly given promises such as “it will arrive today” or “it is on its way tomorrow.” The UPS call center only confirms that the compensation is with the branch.
