    ***** was suppose to have my kitchen completed February 2024. He finally finished it June 2024. I paid him $7000 cash for a deposit in February. We agreed on a price and he did not finish the kitchen. During the time of me waiting for my kitchen; he asked me for more money as he couldnt pay his employee. I gave him $6000 more. The kitchen is an almost finished but is a mess. The cupboard doors are warping and cracking. The doors do not line up or close. The colour is fading now. ***** did not put on handles for 2 cupboards, the garbage can; the potato and Onion boxes, the pegs to put the shelves up or the electrical tower. He also didnt put up the baseboards and trim. . I had to purchase all of stuff he didnt do myself. I still owe ***** $1000 but I refuse to pay him until it is completed but I will be taking off the amounts that I had to purchase myself. I gave ***** $3000 the day he was at my house working. He lost it and said that I still owe him that plus the $1000. I would like ***** to come back in and fix my kitchen properly. I waited a very long time to get my kitchen completed. I have 2 young kids with autism and not having a kitchen created chaos for them. I am not the first one to complain about Randys work. My kitchen is only 5 months old and its very frustrating. ***** has been slandering my name to other people, spreading lies.

    I did additional work for her that was beyond the scope of the original contract--in the amount of $3000.  There was an error in documentation of money received which I admitted.  I will waive the amount that she owes me as a good faith effort and release her from the contract.  She can find another ********* to finish the work.

    I am rejecting this response because everything in my kitchen is warped and doors are not closing. The stain is fading. The drawers are not closing and 2 are broken.  All the work that he did in the kitchen is not what I paid for and not to any customers standards. 

    I want the kitchen fixed. The wood is warping so much that the cupboard doors are cracking. Nothing is straight. This needs to be fixed.  

    Randy needs to come in and fix my kitchen. Im not going to spend another $13,000 to get another contractor and another new kitchen. This was money we got as a wedding gift.
