    I had windows in stalled in my property by CLERA. Handles on windows are broken and they refuse to send new handles for windows. Windows are suppose to have life time warranty which is not being followed obviously. I have sent multiple messages and followed up with Manager **** ******* but still no response. I had multiple issues with the company when the windows were installed and issues continue. I am told they can not send the replacements because of the mail strike. They can easily have them dropped off when in area or courier them to me.

    As per the terms and conditions of our warranty, we are to provide our customers with free window parts. however, we are not responsible to drop off the parts to customers homes. In the interest of good customer service we ship the parts through ***************** to our customers homes. We have no control over postal strikes and shipping delays. Also, our customers are always welcome to pick up the parts from their nearest local Clera locations.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    its been 2 months of calling asking for the parts and still no parts. Why cant they be dropped off , courier or priority mail. Why does it take so long get service from this company?
